Our mission is to progress young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities into work by recognising and reaching their potential, leading to a self-fulfilled future.

Switch Now is based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, working across the county. Switch Now aims to provide supported training and work experience, for young adults with learning difficulties / disabilities, to develop employability skills, with the objective to be ‘work ready’.

We work collaboratively with the local community and partner organisations to identify the opportunities for employment; aiming for inclusive places of work, with a mutual benefit to both employer and employee.
